Requirements:
l Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology with minimum CGPA of 3.0 (2nd Class Upper).
l At least 1 year of working experience in application support, enhancement execution and/or the related field is required for this position.
l Business process knowledge in Sales and Marketing will be an added advantage.
l Ability to deliver in timely manner, positive attitude and initiative personality.
l Good interpersonal and communication skills.
l A keen interest in improving business processes through IT innovation and enthusiastic in problem solving to find functional defects.
l Excellent knowledge in Ms-Office.
l 2 Full-Time positions available.
Responsibilities:
l To provide business system analyst support to Sales & Marketing department.
l Business requirement such as gathering and analyzing; to obtain business needs, clarify vague or unclear requirements.
l To analyze business operations and processes to identify opportunities for process improvement, or automation.
l To support in creating requirement definition related documentation.
l To support business in review Test Plans for completeness and accuracy.
l To provide support to business during system implementation.
l To provide sustaining support to business for the implemented system solution.
l To liaise between business and technical team from different location.
l To proactively support in tracking the progress of enhancements.
l To support in extraction and preparation of Sales Planning & Marketing report.
