RESPONSIBILITIES

a)Provide Support to users on applications and monitor database. 

b)Proposes changes as required by users for improvement. 

c)Conducts training for users on application. 

d)Follow up and resolve applications problem with vendors to ensure timely resolution. 

e)Performs audit on quality of data and advise users on improving the data quality. 

f)Performs the role of systems analyst to ensure applications and systems of the organisation perform to standards prescribed. 

g)To provide training for ASIS module for Hospital Directors. 

h)To prepare manual for the various modules for users. 

i)Ensure users understand ASIS application according to their functions. 

j)Represents the organisation on the e­urushospital Technical Committee at Ministry of Health. k)Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners. l)Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades 

m)Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults. 

n)Repairing equipment and replacing parts 

o)Obtaining replacement or specialist components, fixtures or fittings. 

p)Checking computer equipment for electrical safety. 

q)Talking to clients and computer users to determine the nature of problem. 

REQUIREMENT 

-Degree in Information Technology or equivalent. 

-Familiar with MSSQL Server, DB2, IBM Notes & DOmino Technology, Microsoft Windows -Servers, IBM Websphere, 

-Window Clients. 

-At least 1 year(s) of working experience. 

-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 

-Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
