LOCATION
-Century Square, 63000 Cyberjaya, Selangor, Malaysia

RESPONSIBLE
-Responsible for managing account servicing requests including adding, modifying, and deleting accounts and privileges within systems, directories, and applications throughout our client's environment. The security analyst will be tasked with ensuring service level agreements are met, and least ­privilege principals are applied. Responsible for performing information systems security administration tasks in accordance with the company’s established IT policies and procedures

REQUIREMENT
• 2+ years of IT security work experience in Security Management or Administration
• Experience in Windows­ Active Directory preferably in security administration such as account management, access control and privilege management.
• Ability to work on Service Now ticketing system.
• Experience in RAS, Juniper SSL­VPN technology and administration
• Troubleshooting access and security related incidents on the Wintel platforms
• Providing Access control to departmental shares on the Wintel platforms
• Ability to investigate & provide resolution on file share issue
• Investigate and report on security alerts and perform security incident reporting
• Able to analyzes client needs and implements problem resolution
• Fluent in English (both written and oral).
• Willing to work on Shift (7x24) and Malaysian Holiday.
• Willing to do weekend on­call support and weekend work.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Malaysia ­ Cyberjaya
